Shipping policy
Standard delivery time is between 3-5 working days, Monday through Friday 10 am to 4 pm Eastern Standard Time. We do not process on the Sunday or holidays. Usually the orders can be shipped out within 24 hours after getting the payment not including the weekends or holidays. Please plan in advanced accordingly.
Although we try to get your hair to you as fast as humanly possible, please don’t order hair less than 24 hours before you need it! It's always best to give yourself at least one week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.
All orders could be chosen to be shipped out according to fast and safe rule. So as for the different country, there are different warehouse and shipping way to delivery the hair.
Shipping Method
USA customers order
We always ship from warehouses located in VA, USA or China. USA customers orders always ship out from USA by USPS or UPS., unless there is no stock, we will ship out from China. Other country orders will ship out from China, by DHL, UPS, TNT, ets.
Non-USA Customers Orders
1.Europe/Australia/Canada/UK:Usually the orders will be shipped from our warehouses in China by FEDEX/DHL/GES,It takes 4-6 working days arrive free shipping.
2.Africa:Customers order can be shipped out from China warehouse by TNT/DHL/DPEX.The customer will get the hair within 7-10 working days no matter which shipping way.
3.Other Remote: The logistics company needs to charge the corresponding shipping cost, according to the weight of the order.
Most of country is free shipping, so please read through to see if it is free shipping to your country,and check the shipping fees on products page. Please leave correct address info, change any address info will cause extra fee after be posted. Don’t accept any address with P.O. BOX, and abbreviation of the city name. Don’t authorize deliverymen to leave your package at your door in any case. We will arrange the shipment after the payment clear. The reason why “Synthetic Hair” on your package is to just avoid the custom tax.
Please Notes:
1.One day in a week won't process orders-- U.S Saturday. Shipping companies all close on Sunday. Please choose the right shipping method with concern after Friday.
2.Processing & shipping times may be extended during sales & holidays.
3.Orders will only be remained for 5 working days after placement when phone number missing or unclear address. Longer than that, order will be canceled and money will be returned accordingly. So please make sure that you leave correct shipping address and telephone number when place order.
4. Buyers are responsible for import duty charges.
About Damage and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs to prevent your being charged freight on both ways. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 15 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.
Our items stock status:
As usual, we will ship out your package in 24hours after receiving your payment, but for a short time our product is out of stock. When we meet such condition, we will try our best to send the package to you as soon as possible.
The harsh weather condition and festival holiday:
Sometimes the package shipping time will be influenced by the harsh weather condition and festival holiday.
Payment of PayPal:
1. You have your PayPal account, then choose the PayPal to complete the payment directly
2. If you want to use the PayPal payment, but you don’t have one PayPal account, please register one first.
Note: Choose the PayPal payment, you can choose your country currency, we accept all the currency.
Payment Of Credit Card:
1. You click MasterCard, Visa Credit Card, American Express, Discover payment directly, you will be redirected to the PayPal website, then choose the payment method again, and fill in your card information to complete the payment.
2. You click the PayPal&Credit, you will be redirected to the PayPal website, the one is PayPal payment, the other one is Pay with Debit or Credit Card payment. Choose one to complete the payment.
Note: Your credit card will be charged upon placement of your order.
Pay Attention:
Please don’t use “e-check” payment, this payment states is “uncleared”, this shows we don’t receive your payment now, we can’t arrange the shipment for you.
We will wait the states change to “cleared”, we receive the payment, we will arrange the payment, usually, this takes 4-5 days.
We will check our PayPal account, when we confirm to receive the payment, we will arrange the shipment. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance prior to shipping.
