A: Absolutely! All Cynosure hair products are made from 100 percent human hair and can be cut, colored and styled as if it were your own. You can darken it, lighten it, lay it to the side or make it shorter, but remember: just like our own hair, your human hair requires a good maintenance routine to keep it looking fresh and vibrant.

Q: Can I straighten the curly hair

A: Yes! Cynosure Hair products are extremely versatile, but it’s important to remember that just like our hair, frequent use of high heat may permanently loosen the curl pattern.  If straight hair is your preferred style, we suggest trying one of our straight textures styled using bundles (for a full head sew-in) or a wig so that all of your hair is protected.

Cynosure will arrive in their natural black/brown hair color and can be dyed any color you’d like.

However, we strongly recommend consulting a professional hair stylist before dyeing or colour-treating your hair

A:1) Your hair extension tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt built-up. Salt water, chlorine and not combing （wide tooth comb）out your hair daily.

Q: How to keep human hair wig shape?

A: While you are sitting at home, take it off, and put it on a wig stand. The stand will help to keep its shape and taking it off your head takes away from your own tugging and pulling hairs out.

Q: How many bundles will I need for a sew in?

A: We recommend a minimum of 3-4 bundles for a full head sew-in.   But ultimately, the final decision will depend on four things: the size of your head, the texture of hair you want to rock, the length and the look you’re trying to achieve.    If you’re still unsure, consult with your stylist for an expert recommendation or feel free to contact us via chat, email or on social media.

Q: How to wash your wig

A: Washing your curly wig regularly helps keep it looking as fresh and natural as possible.

To achieve this:

• Fill a sink with water( warm water would be better).
• Add a small amount of shampoo with hair care ingredients, and submerge your wig.
• Squeeze out any excess water, being careful not to wring it out.
• Rinse thoroughly in water, then gently squeeze out any excess liquid again and dry with a towel.

Alternatively when you don’t have time for a full wash, spray your human hair wig with water mixed with conditioner. Just like in real hair, a little bit

of moisture will help curls bounce back and appear fresh. This will make your curls mimic what naturally healthy curls look like after they’ve been

dampened with some water.

Q:How to do a deep conditioning treatment

A:Static, wearing wig in a wrong method, store wig in a wrong place. It’s not strange that wigs will get tangled.

To keep tangles from being a huge problem:

• Try doing a deep conditioning treatment on your wig before and after wearing it. You can do so by using products like coconut oil or olive oil and conditioner.
• Don't put too much product(hair spray)in your hair because that can lead to more tangling than usual.
• At least once per week, soak your wig in warm water. Take it out and apply conditioner product liberally through all of your hair, starting at your ends and working up toward roots.

• Sit back and let your wig absorb the nutritionfor about 20 minutes.
• After the time is up, rinse with warm water and follow up with a cool water rinse to close cuticles.
• Use a soft towel to gently blot excess water away from the skin, leaving only what washes off naturally during the toweling off process.
