A: Absolutely! Pleae send us your head circumference, we will customize large/small cap for you. Leave a note at the cart page or just email us at service@cynosurehair.com after ordering.
Q: Can I color/cut/style my hair?
A: Absolutely! All Cynosure hair products are made from 100 percent human hair and can be cut, colored and styled as if it were your own. You can darken it, lighten it, lay it to the side or make it shorter, but remember: just like our own hair, your human hair requires a good maintenance routine to keep it looking fresh and vibrant.
Q: Can I straighten the curly hair
A: Yes! Cynosure Hair products are extremely versatile, but it’s important to remember that just like our hair, frequent use of high heat may permanently loosen the curl pattern. If straight hair is your preferred style, we suggest trying one of our straight textures styled using bundles (for a full head sew-in) or a wig so that all of your hair is protected.
Q: Is the hair ready to wear?

Q: Do you have any discounts or sales?

Q:Why did my payment fail?
A:If your payment for an order has failed, please check it is not due to the following situations: Card security code failed Please note that an incorrect card security code could cause payment failure. Card security code is the short numeric code on the back of your credit card. Please verify that you have entered the correct card security code and try again. Insufficient fund If you meet the insufficient fund error log when you make payment by credit card, please make sure that you have sufficient funds in your account and that payment for your order does not exceed your credit limit. Please also make sure you have used a Visa or MasterCard personal credit card to finish payment, because at present debit card or business card is unable to be supported. Exceed limit Please make sure the order amount does not exceed your credit card limit. Or the payment is unable to go through smoothly.
Q:Why my hair extension getting tangled?
A:1) Your hair extension tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt built-up. Salt water, chlorine and not combing （wide tooth comb）out your hair daily.
B:2) Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. U se olive oil to moisten it smoothly or consult your stylist for more help.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Here is how you track your order: Log into MY ACCOUNT to view the status of your order Track your shipment by using the tracking number provided to you once your item(s) have been shipped. You cannot track your order before it has been shipped. If you don’t know what your tracking number is or if you’re having difficulty tracking your package, feel free to contact our customer service department for assistance. Phone Mumber:+86 13569902128. Email:Email: service@cynosurehair.com
Q: Length
A:We will double check the hair type and length before shipment.-When you receive the hair, you can measure it by stretching it, so you can get the correct length.
Q: How to keep human hair wig shape?
A: While you are sitting at home, take it off, and put it on a wig stand. The stand will help to keep its shape and taking it off your head takes away from your own tugging and pulling hairs out.
Q: How many bundles will I need for a sew in?
A: We recommend a minimum of 3-4 bundles for a full head sew-in. But ultimately, the final decision will depend on four things: the size of your head, the texture of hair you want to rock, the length and the look you’re trying to achieve. If you’re still unsure, consult with your stylist for an expert recommendation or feel free to contact us via chat, email or on social media.
Q: How to wash your wig
A: Washing your curly wig regularly helps keep it looking as fresh and natural as possible.
To achieve this:
- Fill a sink with water( warm water would be better).
- Add a small amount of shampoo with hair care ingredients, and submerge your wig.
- Squeeze out any excess water, being careful not to wring it out.
- Rinse thoroughly in water, then gently squeeze out any excess liquid again and dry with a towel.
Alternatively when you don’t have time for a full wash, spray your human hair wig with water mixed with conditioner. Just like in real hair, a little bit
of moisture will help curls bounce back and appear fresh. This will make your curls mimic what naturally healthy curls look like after they’ve been
dampened with some water.
Q:How to do a deep conditioning treatment
A:Static, wearing wig in a wrong method, store wig in a wrong place. It’s not strange that wigs will get tangled.
To keep tangles from being a huge problem:
- Try doing a deep conditioning treatment on your wig before and after wearing it. You can do so by using products like coconut oil or olive oil and conditioner.
- Don't put too much product(hair spray)in your hair because that can lead to more tangling than usual.
- At least once per week, soak your wig in warm water. Take it out and apply conditioner product liberally through all of your hair, starting at your ends and working up toward roots.
- Sit back and let your wig absorb the nutrition for about 20 minutes.
- After the time is up, rinse with warm water and follow up with a cool water rinse to close cuticles.
- Use a soft towel to gently blot excess water away from the skin, leaving only what washes off naturally during the toweling off process.

This wig is actually really good. This wig was thicker than I expected, and good quality. It is true to the length and the lace is thin. The hair is 100% real human hair and there is no shedding or tangling after washing.
M
Hair quality is great and the color is amazing ,this is what i am looking for .Hair is very soft and full. I love the feeling of the hair as I run my fingers through the hair and the lace also blends well. I would recommend curling or straightening the hair on 190 it's the perfect amount out so u don't burn it. I will also be purchasing again

The hair quality is great and the transparent lace is good too… I ordered a 28” and I’m pretty satisfied… the only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the length is not full from root to tip and I love full ends. So ladies if you want consistent length from root to tip, you will have to order a length longer than what you anticipated since you will end up having to trim the ends. For example, if you want a true 28” consider ordering a 32 inch since you will have to trim a few inches to make the ends look full. Other than this I am pleased!

Q: Can I straighten the curly hair
A: Yes! Cynosure Hair products are extremely versatile, but it’s important to remember that just like our hair, frequent use of high heat may permanently loosen the curl pattern. Q:Why did my payment fail?
A:If your payment for an order has failed, please check it is not due to the following situations: Card security code failed Please note that an incorrect card security code could cause payment failure.
If you don’t know what your tracking number is or if you’re having difficulty tracking your package, feel free to contact our customer service department for assistance. Phone Mumber:+86 13569902128. Email:Email: service@cynosurehair.com
Q: Length
