Had my delivery location wrong , my wig was sent back but got back to me in a 3 days . The wig is soft . It doesn’t react the best to heat as it sticks together a little but one brush and it’s smooth again. BLEACH THE KNOTS it’s makes a huge different . I’m about 5,7 and took the 24 inch . Take the fullest density . Beautiful none the less
